How to Use My eBay
My eBay is an eBay feature that allows you to manage your eBay buying and selling activity, correspondence, and account information from a single location. You can access the My eBay page by clicking on the My eBay link at the top of almost every eBay page, just to the right of the links for Buy and Sell.
My eBay Features
My eBay’s core features include:

My Summary: Displays the status of all your buying and selling activities.
- All Buying: Follow your bids, purchases, and the items you’re currently watching (see How to Look at eBay Listings).
- All Selling: Track your listings, unsold items, and sales. Receive reminders about actions required to complete sales.
- My Messages: This contains email communication from eBay management and from other eBay members, including buyers and sellers with whom you’re doing business.
- Favorites: Select and view favorite categories, searches, eBay sellers, and eBay stores.
- My Account: Manage your personal information, eBay preferences, feedback, seller account, and PayPal account (see After the Auction Ends).
