- Hooks, 4.25mm/G-6 or size needed to obtain gauge 5.5mm/I-9
- Stitch marker
- Embroidery thread, beak color
- Tapestry needle
- 2 solid black eyes, 12mm or 9mm
- Glue
- Polyester fiberfill
- About 10"/25.5cm ribbon, 1/8"/3mm wide (optional)
Gauge
- Gauge is not crucial.
- 7 sc and 9 rnds = 2"/5cm with smaller hook
Pattern Note
Work progresses in continuous spiral; do not join rounds (unless otherwise instructed). Mark beginning of first round and move marker as each new round is started.
