With color A and H-8 hook, ch 4, sl st in 1st ch to form ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, work 8 sc in ring. Join with sl st in 1st sc (8 sc).
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (16 sc).
Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (16 sc).
Rnd 4: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (32 sc).
Rnd 5: Ch 1, *sc in next 7 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (36 sc).
Rnd 6: Ch 1, sc in back loop of each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (36 sc). Mark rnd for placement of top flap.
Rnd 7: Repeat rnd 4 (72 sc).
Rnd 8: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (72 sc).
Rnd 9: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch 2), sk next 2 sc, *dc in next sc, ch 2, sk next 2 sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 3rd ch of ch 5 (24 ch-2 spaces).
Rnd 10: Ch 1, 3 sc in each ch-2 space around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (72 sc).
Rnd 11: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 17 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (76 sc).
Rnd 12: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 18 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (80 sc).
Rnd 13: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 19 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc).

Rnds 16–17: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc). Fasten off A, join color D.
Rnd 18: With D, ch 1, *sc in each of next 13 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (92 sc).
Rnd 19: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 22 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (96 sc).
Rnd 20: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 23 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (100 sc).
Rnd 21: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 24 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (104 sc).
Rnd 22: Ch 1, *sc in each of next 23 sc, 2 sc in next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (108 sc).
Rnds 23–25: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (108 sc). Fasten off.

Rnd 1: With WS facing, join color A around the post of any sc in marked rnd 14, ch 1, (fpsc, ch 1) around the post of each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (42 ch-1 spaces).
Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in each sc and each ch-1 space around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 dc).

Rnds 3–4: Ch 1, sc in each st around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc).

Rnd 5: Ch 1, *sc in sc, ch 1, sk next sc; repeat from * around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (42 ch-1 spaces).
Rnd 6: Ch 1, (sc, ch 1) in each ch-1 space around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (42 ch-1 spaces). Fasten off A, join color B.
Rnd 7: With B, sc in each sc and each ch-1 space around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc).
Rnd 8: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc). Fasten off B, join color C.
Rnd 9: With G-6 hook and C, ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (84 sc). Fasten off.

Rnd 1: With RS facing, join color B in remaining lp of any sc in Rnd 5, ch 1, working in remaining lps of sts, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (36 sc).
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc. (36 sc). Fasten off B, join color C.
Rnd 3: With G-6 hook and C, ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join with sl st in 1st sc (36 sc). Fasten off. Weave in all yarn ends.
