Getting Started
This scarf is made using a combination of basic stitches and can be made to any length you choose. You’ll make the paisley motifs and attach them once you’ve finished the scarf.

You Will Need
- For scarf body, approximately 328yd/295m multicolor bulky weight yarn
- For boteh motifs, approximately 540 yd/486m fingering weight yarn in red (A), orange (B), and dark brown (C)
- Hooks, 10mm/N-15 and 4mm/G-6 or sizes needed to obtain gauge
- Tapestry needle
Gauge
- Always take time to check your gauge.
- Approximately 10 stitches = 4"/10cm with 10mm/N-15 hook

- 4 balls of Berroco’s Monet (scarf body), cotton/rayon/acrylic/nylon blend multicolor slub yarn, 1.75oz/49g = approximately 82yd/74m each, in color # 9815, Cherokee
- Dalegarn’s Baby Ull, 100% wool, 1.75oz/50g = approximately 180yd/162m each
- Color A, 3 balls of color #3718, Tomato Red
- Color B, 3 balls of color #2908, Orange
- Color C, 3 balls of color #3364, Chocolate
