Instructions
- Using white transfer paper, transfer the Bouncing Balls design to the side of each shoe. Reverse the image on one shoe, so the motif is oriented in the same direction on the opposite foot.
- Embroider the design. If the shoes fit snugly, make your knots as flat as possible so they don’t rub against your foot when they’re worn. You can end the floss on the outside of the shoe, if desired, by sliding the needle and floss end back and forth underneath the stitching several times before cutting it off. This method for ending floss, however, won’t be as secure as a knot made on the back of the work.
