When Taken to Treat Hypertension
- Most Common: cough, dizziness, nausea, vomiting
- Less Common: abdominal pain, severe allergic reaction, appetite and weight changes, confusion, constipation, decreased sex drive, diarrhea, drowsiness, dry mouth, sweating, irritated eyes, fatigue, gas, headache, heartburn, itching, kidney failure, liver failure, muscle cramps, rash, skin sensitivity to sunlight, sleep problems, tremors, vertigo, vision problems, weakness, jaundice
When Taken for Heart Failure
- Most Common: cough, dizziness, low blood pressure, muscle and bone pain
