Side Effects
Be sure to tell your health-care practitioner if you experience any side effects while taking griseofulvin. Only your health-care practitioner can determine whether it is safe for you to continue taking this drug.
- Most Common: headache
- Less Common: confusion, rash, itch, mouth or tongue irritation, soreness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, nia, tiredness
- Rare: sore throat, fever, numbness or tingling in feet or hands, cloudy urine, sensitivity to sunlight, jaundice. All these side effects are more likely to occur if you take high doses for long periods.
