Getting Started
You can make the frame for the wire pendant with 22- or 20-gauge half-hard wire, and use 24- or 26-gauge wire for the wraps. Use any object that won’t slip between the wires; you may need to adjust the wire measurements if your object is much larger or smaller than the one featured in this project.
If you like the look of oxidized wire, be sure to oxidize the box frame and wire before you start to wrap.

Materials
- 22-gauge half-hard sterling silver wire, 10" (25.4 cm) in length
- 26-gauge sterling silver wire, 4 feet (1.2 m) long
- Small object or stone
- Small (2 mm) semiprecious stone, pearl, or glass beads that coordinate with the object and can fit on the 26-gauge wire
- Ribbon, 1⁄2" (1.3 cm) wide, 18" (45.7 cm) in length
- 2 sterling silver foldover ribbon crimps
- Sterling silver clasp and jump rings
