Getting Started
Each of the chandelier earring in this project is comprised of wire-wrapped beads, a central dangle, and two side dangles. Be sure to pay close attention to the number of wraps you make around the beads and shanks as you construct the dangles. This will ensure that both earrings match.

- 26-gauge half-hard sterling silver wire, 72" (182.8 cm) long
- 24-gauge half-hard sterling silver wire, 8" (20.3 cm) long
- 2 deep-red faceted flat pears, 1⁄2" (1.3 cm) diameter
- 2 deep-red faceted rondelles, 9mm diameter
- 4 deep-red flat pears, 3⁄8" (1 cm) diameter
- 8 deep-red round beads, 5mm diameter
- 2 deep-red faceted rondelles, 10mm diameter
- 2 sterling silver lever-back ear wires
Though this materials list suggests using half-hard sterling silver wire, if you’re an experienced jewelry maker, you may wish to work with dead-soft sterling silver wire instead.
