Instructions
- Cut 2" (5.1 cm) of wire. Form a simple loop 1/2" (1.3 cm) from one end. Use chain-nose pliers to bend the wire’s tail so it’s parallel with the long wire end (figure 1)

- Slide a citrine bead onto the open end of the wire from step 1. Pull the wire end up toward the loop and make a tight coil around the loop’s base. Trim any excess wire (figure 2). Set this dangle aside.

- Cut 2" (5.1 cm) of wire and make a wrapped loop that attaches to one of the ear wires.
- Slide a pearl onto the open end of the wire from step 1. Measure 5/8" (1.6 cm) down from the wrapped loop and make another wrapped loop, this time attaching it to the dangle’s loop (figure 3). Set this shank aside.

- Cut 6" (15.2 cm) of wire. Hold the pearl halfway up the shank and use one end of the 6" (15.2 cm) piece to make one wrap just above the pearl. Trim the excess tail wire.
- Keep the wire as close as possible to the pearl as you bring the wire down along one side of the pearl’s perimeter. Make a wrap just below the pearl by crossing over the front of the wire shank, around the back to the front, and then back up the other side of the pearl’s perimeter. Make another wrap above the last wrap on top of the pearl. As with the bottom wrap, cross over the front of the shank, around back, to the front, and down the side of the pearl (figure 4).

- Repeat step 6 until you reach the wrapped loops at each end of the shank. Trim the excess wire and use chain-nose pliers to squeeze the tail, tucking it beneath the coil close to the wrap.
- Repeat steps 1 through 7 to make the second earring.
