Getting Started
This hat has a repeated cable pattern that is 2"/5 cm wide. It can be altered for a tighter or looser fit by decreasing or increasing the number of pattern repeats.

You Will Need
- Approximately 220 yd/202 m, 4 oz/113 g of worsted-weight yarn
- Approximately 10 g of size 11 seed beads
- Size 9 (5.5mm) needles or size to obtain gauge
- Size 11 beading needle
- Beading thread in color to match yarn and beads
- Tapestry needle for sewing together seams
Stitch Used
- Stockinette stitch
Gauge
- Always take time to check your gauge.
- 16 sts = 4"/10 cm
- 26 rows = 4"/10 cm

- 2 skeins of Brown Sheep’s Lamb’s Pride, 85% wool/15% mohair, 190 yd/173 m, 4 oz/113 g per skein, color #115, Oatmeal.
Finished Size
- Fits head size up to 22"/56 cm

- From cuff to center top, 10-1⁄2"/26.5 cm
- Turned up cuff, 3"/7.5 cm
- Circumference, 22"/56 cm
