Collar
- (work B&F)
- Using 29"/73cm cn, CO 32 (34, 36, 38) sts.
- K for 1"/2.5cm.
Yoke
- (work B&F)
- Row 1 (RS): s1, k5 (6, 6, 7) left front sts, pm, k5 sleeve sts, pm, k10 (10, 12, 12) back sts, pm, k5 sleeve sts, pm, k6 (7, 7, 8) right front sts.
- Row 2 (WS): s1, k across.
- Row 3 (RS): s1 *k to 1 st before marker, m1, slip marker, m1, repeat from * across for each subsequent marker, k to end (8 sts inc)—40 (42, 44, 46) sts.
- Rep Rows 2 and 3, 5 (5, 6, 6) times more—80 (82, 92, 94) sts.
- K 1 row.
Join Yoke
- (work ITR)
- Pm on right-hand needle denoting middle front.
- Rnd 1 (RS): *k to 1 st before marker, m1, slip marker, m1, repeat from * across for each subsequent marker, k to end (middle marker) (8 sts inc)—88 (90, 100, 102) sts.
- Rnd 2: k 1 rnd.
- Rep last two rounds 5 (6, 6, 8) times more—128 (138, 148, 166) sts.
- Next rnd: k around to beg of front sts (4th marker—not the middle front, 5th marker, where the body and work ITR began).
Divide Yoke
- (work ITR)
- Separate body and sleeve sts.
- Rnd 1 (RS): k36 (40, 42, 48) front sts, CO 1, pm, CO 0 (1, 2, 1), place 29 (31, 33, 37) sleeve sts on 16"/40cm cn and hold aside, k34 (36, 40, 44) back sts, CO 0 (1, 2, 1), pm, CO 1, place 29 (31, 33, 37) sleeve sts on second 16"/40cm cn and hold aside—72 (80, 88, 96) sts on main cn.
Body
- (work ITR)
- With sts on main cn.
- K for 7 (8, 9, 9)"/18 (20, 23, 23)cm.
Hem
- P 1 rnd.
- K 1 rnd.
- Rep last 2 rnds 4 times more.
- BO loosely.
Sleeves
- (work ITR)
- Using 29 (31,33,37) sts on 16"/40cm cn, changing to dpn as necessary.
- K for 8 (9, 9, 9)"/20 (23, 23, 23)cm.
Cuff
- P 1 rnd.
- K 1 rnd.
- Rep last 2 rnds, 4 times more.
- BO loosely.
- Work second sleeve same as the first.
Finishing
- Sew body and underarms together on each sleeve.
- With tapestry needle, weave in ends.
