About This Drug
Moexipril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). This drug may be prescribed alone or with other high blood pressure medications, such as thiazide diuretics. It works by blocking an enzyme in the body, which relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.
