Side Effects
If you develop side effects while taking phentermine, ask your health-care practitioner whether it is safe for you to continue taking this drug.
- Common: overstimulation, nervousness, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, a sense of euphoria, false sense of well-being, “feeling high”
- Less Common or Rare: high blood pressure, palpitations, dizziness, blurred vision, tremors, headache, sweating, chills, fever, weakness, changes in sex drive, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth, difficulty urinating, rash, itching, hair loss, muscle pain
