The following punch recipes from the Four Seasons restaurant in New York City are for single glasses of punch. If you’re making a single glass, you can shake or stir the punch like any mixed drink. If you want to make more than one glass of punch at a time, just multiply the ingredients to make the number of cups of punch you want, and then:
- To make up to six glasses: Whisk the ingredients in a mixing bowl or pitcher until the sugar dissolves.
- To make more than six glasses: Whisk the ingredients in a punch bowl until the sugar dissolves.
