Reflexology Charts
Though each reflexologist develops his or her own routine, there are standard reflexology charts that reflexologists follow. The diagrams show how each point or zone in the feet (or hands or ears) corresponds to a specific organ, system, gland, or other area of the body. Note that reflexology charts may vary slightly, and some are more detailed than others.
Foot Reflexes
Foot reflexology is the most common type of reflexology. The following chart shows some of the reflexes that reflexologists often manipulate in the feet.

Hand Reflexes
Hand reflexology has become increasingly popular as more and more people overuse their hands through typing on keyboards, using mobile devices, and playing video games. In addition, some people simply feel more comfortable having their hands manipulated rather than their feet. Reflexologists manipulate reflexes on both the top and bottom of the hands—the following chart shows some of the reflexes found in the hands.

Ear Reflexes
Ear reflexology is similar to foot and hand reflexology—it helps increase circulation, stimulate nerves, and encourages lymphatic drainage. Ear reflexology combines the ideas behind reflexology and acupressure to complement a healthy lifestyle. The following chart shows some of the reflexes found in the ear.
