Getting Started
In this project, you'll learn how to start with a pattern and make embellishments and modifications to it to create a beautifully layered skirt in the fabric of your choice. Remember, when picking a pattern, to pay attention to the style, fit, and construction information on the pattern envelope. Also remember to read through the fabric suggestions, notions, and fabric requirements so you'll be sure to get everything you need while you're at the store.
