Neck Stretches
Side-to-Side Neck Stretch
- Begin in a kneeling or standing position looking straight ahead.
- Place your right fingertips on your left temple.

- Pull your head gently to the right, stretching the left side of your neck. Hold the stretch.

- Release. Repeat on the other side.
Neck Roll
- Drop your head to the left, feeling a stretch on the right side of your neck.

- Roll your head down gently to the center, as if looking directly between both feet. Hold the stretch.

- Roll your head back up toward the right.

- Repeat in the opposite direction.
