Neck Stretches

Side-to-Side Neck Stretch

  1. Begin in a kneeling or standing position looking straight ahead.
  2. Place your right fingertips on your left temple.
     
  3. Pull your head gently to the right, stretching the left side of your neck. Hold the stretch.
     
  4. Release. Repeat on the other side.

Neck Roll

  1. Drop your head to the left, feeling a stretch on the right side of your neck.
     
  2. Roll your head down gently to the center, as if looking directly between both feet. Hold the stretch.
     
  3. Roll your head back up toward the right.
     
  4. Repeat in the opposite direction.
