10. Wave Hands Like Clouds (Left Style)
- Begin in last position of form 9.
- Inhaling, lean backward and toward right. Turn left foot in and raise toes. Swing left arm down and open right hand, palm facing down.
- Turn torso right. Lift left arm up and across body. Lower right hand.
- Center body weight. Lift left arm above shoulder. Drop right arm to waist, palm down.
- Pivot left. Allow both arms to follow.
- Inhaling, pull right leg inward. Extend right arm, palm up. Extend left arm, palm down.
- Inhaling, move right arm across body and follow with eyes. Lower left arm.
- Pivot right. Allow right arm to follow. Lift left hand to level of lower chest.
- Step left. Sweep hands up and right to shoulder height. Focus eyes on left hand.
- Exhaling, shift weight to center. Slide left arm in front of face and right arm to waist.
- Repeat steps 6–10.
- Repeat steps 3–10.
- Hold feet together, turn body left, and lift arms up and left, right palm in, left palm down.
- Repeat entire form two more times, for a total of three times on each side.
