12. High Pat on Horse

  1. Begin in last position of form 11.
  2. Move weight forward and unhook right hand.
  3. Inhaling, bring right arm in toward ear and slide right toes in next to left foot.
  4. Shift weight onto right foot. Bring right hand to ear, palm down. Raise left heel.
  5. Exhaling, pull left hand back, palm up. Push right hand forward, palm down.
  6. Extend right arm, palm down. Pull left hand back to waist, palm up.
