13. Kick with Right Heel
- Begin in last position of form 12.
- Inhaling, lift left leg. Lift left hand, crossing right hand as it moves back toward chest.
- Step forward and left with left heel. Circle both hands upward and outward.
- Move weight toward left. Drop hands to waist level and lift right heel.
- Shift weight entirely onto left leg and raise right leg to 90° angle. Palms in, place right wrist behind left wrist.
- Inhaling, face right and turn palms out.
- Exhaling, fully extend right leg and both arms.
