13. Kick with Right Heel

  1. Begin in last position of form 12.
  2. Inhaling, lift left leg. Lift left hand, crossing right hand as it moves back toward chest.
  3. Step forward and left with left heel. Circle both hands upward and outward.
  4. Move weight toward left. Drop hands to waist level and lift right heel.
  5. Shift weight entirely onto left leg and raise right leg to 90° angle. Palms in, place right wrist behind left wrist.
  6. Inhaling, face right and turn palms out.
  7. Exhaling, fully extend right leg and both arms.
