14. Strike Opponent’s Ears with Both Fists
- Begin in last position of form 13.
- Inhaling, move hands toward face, palms in. Bend right knee and point toes downward.
- Exhaling, step right heel forward. Palms up, drop both hands to waist level.
- Lean forward and make loose fists, palms up.
- Rotate fists so tops of fists face outward on each side of body.
- Raise fists to eye level, palms out. Shift forward and bend right knee.
