14. Strike Opponent’s Ears with Both Fists

  1. Begin in last position of form 13.
  2. Inhaling, move hands toward face, palms in. Bend right knee and point toes downward.
  3. Exhaling, step right heel forward. Palms up, drop both hands to waist level.
  4. Lean forward and make loose fists, palms up.
  5. Rotate fists so tops of fists face outward on each side of body.
  6. Raise fists to eye level, palms out. Shift forward and bend right knee.
