15. Turn and Kick with Left Heel

  1. Begin in last position of form 14.
  2. Inhaling, lean on right leg and rotate body 90° left. Turn right foot inward.
  3. Shift weight toward right. Open arms and place left foot next to right foot.
  4. Exhaling, cross hands in front of chest. Bend and lift left leg so thigh is parallel to ground.
  5. Extend both hands outward in opposite directions. Extend left leg fully.
