19. Needle at the Bottom of the Sea

  1. Begin in last position of form 18.
  2. Inhaling, shift weight forward, raising right heel. Drop both arms, palms down.
  3. Lower arms to waist height and place feet at 90° angle to each other.
  4. Twist slowly toward right and shift weight onto right foot. Raise left heel.
  5. Keeping left heel raised, lift right hand to eye level, palm in.
  6. Turn left, right arm following, until right hand is in front of body.
  7. Move left leg forward and bend forward at waist. Extend right hand at 45° to ground.
