19. Needle at the Bottom of the Sea
- Begin in last position of form 18.
- Inhaling, shift weight forward, raising right heel. Drop both arms, palms down.
- Lower arms to waist height and place feet at 90° angle to each other.
- Twist slowly toward right and shift weight onto right foot. Raise left heel.
- Keeping left heel raised, lift right hand to eye level, palm in.
- Turn left, right arm following, until right hand is in front of body.
- Move left leg forward and bend forward at waist. Extend right hand at 45° to ground.
