1. Commencing Form
- Stand upright with feet together and arms at sides. Look straight ahead.
- Inhaling, bend knees slightly. Lift left heel while shifting weight onto right side.
- Extend left foot toward left, heel up. Keep right foot planted on ground.
- Center body weight by placing feet apart and equidistant from spine.
- Inhaling and with palms facing ground, raise arms slowly until they’re shoulder height.
- Exhaling, bend knees while moving palms downward until they reach navel.
