20. Flash Arm
- Begin in last position of form 19.
- Inhaling, stand up straight, keeping left heel raised. With arms, form hoop parallel to ground in front of body.
- Lay backs of left fingers on wrist of right hand. Keep left heel raised.
- Kick out left leg so just heel touches ground. Move hands apart.
- Shift weight forward on left foot while turning slightly right. Turn right palm out and move left hand toward left, away from face.
- Exhaling, spread arms so right hand is above forehead, left hand is shoulder height.
