22. Apparent Closeup

  1. Begin in last position of form 21.
  2. Relax fist. Inhaling, move left hand beneath and past right hand, palms up.
  3. Uncross hands.
  4. Turn palms down.
  5. Shift weight right and backward. Raise left toes. Bring hands in toward body.
  6. Push hands down and bend right leg.
  7. Exhaling, shift weight forward and onto left foot. Push hands forward, palms out.
