23. Cross Hands
- Begin in last position of form 22.
- Inhaling, turn 90° right and bend both legs. Turn left toe inward.
- Open arms and shift weight right. Bend right knee and straighten left leg.
- Shift weight back to center. Allow hands to drop to waist level, palms out.
- Shift weight left and raise right heel. Begin lifting hands upward toward chest.
- Finish with both feet flat on ground, knees bent slightly, and wrists crossed in front.
