23. Cross Hands

  1. Begin in last position of form 22.
  2. Inhaling, turn 90° right and bend both legs. Turn left toe inward.
  3. Open arms and shift weight right. Bend right knee and straighten left leg.
  4. Shift weight back to center. Allow hands to drop to waist level, palms out.
  5. Shift weight left and raise right heel. Begin lifting hands upward toward chest.
  6. Finish with both feet flat on ground, knees bent slightly, and wrists crossed in front.
