24. Closing Form

  1. Begin in last position of form 23.
  2. Inhaling, uncross and lift arms, palms down.
  3. Exhaling, push down with elbows.
  4. Lower both arms to side, palms in.
  5. Adjust weight toward right and lift left heel.
  6. Place left foot next to right foot.
  7. Lower left heel so that heels touch but toes do not.
  8. Inhaling, stand straight up and look straight ahead.
