3. White Crane Flashes Its Wings

  1. Begin in last position of form 2.
  2. Inhaling, lift right heel so only toes touch floor. Rotate right hand clockwise.
  3. Move right foot forward so toes align with left heel. Move right hand in front of body at waist level. Move left hand closer to body, palm facing downward.
  4. Transfer weight to right foot, lift left heel up, and turn body toward right at waist.
  5. Raise right hand up just above head, palm facing inward. Drop left hand to waist.
  6. Exhaling, move left hand so palm is parallel to left thigh. Keep right hand aloft.
  7. Straighten left leg, shifting weight to right leg. Keep right hand up, left hand by left hip.
