3. White Crane Flashes Its Wings
- Begin in last position of form 2.
- Inhaling, lift right heel so only toes touch floor. Rotate right hand clockwise.
- Move right foot forward so toes align with left heel. Move right hand in front of body at waist level. Move left hand closer to body, palm facing downward.
- Transfer weight to right foot, lift left heel up, and turn body toward right at waist.
- Raise right hand up just above head, palm facing inward. Drop left hand to waist.
- Exhaling, move left hand so palm is parallel to left thigh. Keep right hand aloft.
- Straighten left leg, shifting weight to right leg. Keep right hand up, left hand by left hip.
