Side Effects
Inform your health-care practitioner if you develop side effects while taking tramadol. If effects are severe or prolonged, ask your health-care practitioner whether your dosage requires adjustment and whether it is safe for you to continue taking this drug.
- Common: drowsiness, lightheadedness, dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision
- Less Common or Rare: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, agitation, confusion, mental sluggishness, rapid heart rate, heart palpitations, flushing, sweating, hallucinations, suicidal tendencies, restlessness, rash, urinary retention, low blood pressure, dizziness upon standing, seizures
