Stop taking this drug and seek immediate medical attention if you experience allergic reactions such as swelling of the face, lips, hands, or feet. - Common: dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, cough, tiredness
- Less Common or Rare: angina (chest pain), faintness, vertigo, upset stomach, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, bleeding in the stomach or intestines, overall feeling of unwellness, dizziness upon standing, insomnia, constipation, pins and needles, skin disease, urinary tract infection, low blood pressure, palpitations, allergic reactions, swelling of the face, lips, hands, or feet
